Releasing of Lamb of God Hindi version

Hindi version of the DVD of the film ‘Lamb of God’ was released at Jalandhar Bishop House. After the Holy Mass offered by our Patron, Bishop Franco Mulakkal, in the presence of more than 100 seminarians, sisters and priests, the DVD of Lamb of God was released by hand overing one copy to Rev. Fr. Jose , the Director of The Major Seminary. The talk given by the Bishop at that context was so touching and inspiring. He pointed out the need of utilising the new ways of the most modern digital means for evangelisation. The zeal shown by the church to erect educational institutions, hospitals and to do charitable activities is highly appreciated. But more we need is this type new method of digital evangelisation to save the souls from spiritual destruction. Bishop’s words were highly inspiring especially for the seminary students the future priests.

Palayoor

To the non stop Bible reading venture conducted at Palayoor St. Thomas Forane church, Immanuel Vision was invited to participate in it. Proclaiming the beginning of the venture, a rally of more than 100 motor cycles was conducted from Thrissur Lourde Cathedral Church to Palayoor, the land of St Thomas. Our Vachana Vahini moved with lighted rolling boards of Word of God on either side, at the rear end of the rally. The vehicle stood beside the stage exhibiting the Word of God glittering in lights. There we also conducted Bible film shows at nights.

Evangelists from Orissa

They were 40 in number. They came from Orissa where the faith was crucified brutally. It was a team of evangelists who go to villages to share the gospel with them and earn their souls for Jesus Christ. Under the leadership of Rev. Fr. Joseph Palayoor and his friend Fr…… they came to Kerala for experiencing the deapth of faith in the land where St. Thomas the apostle planted and nurtured the faith in the early years of the first century itself. After visiting the pilgrim centres at Palayoor, Azhikode, and Pavaratty, they visited Immanuel Vision’s office. We gave them a warm reception. After the tea, they enjoyed the film show at our theatre. Then they prayed in Oriya language in our prayer hall. After supper, they bid farewell to us. It was an unforgettable experience when each one of them thanked us with folded hands and smiling face. Their faces were glowing with faith proclaiming that they were ready to undergo any suffering for Jesus Christ.
